Who can see my resume?

Updated Nov 5, 2026 1 min read

Translated automatically from Portuguese.

You choose how companies find your resume in their resume search. For the jobs you apply to, the company always sees the full resume, including contact information.

The levels

  • Public: companies find your resume and see your contact details.
  • Private: companies find your resume, but contact details only appear for jobs you apply to or when you accept contact from a company.
  • Invisible: companies do not find your resume in the search. You can still apply to jobs.

How to change

  • In My resume, on the Who sees line, tap Change, choose, and tap Save privacy.
  • Or in Settings > Who sees your resume: the choice is saved immediately.

What else changes

  • Invisible: companies cannot start conversations with you through resume search.
  • Private: the company that found you in the search only talks after you accept their invitation.
  • The Benefits Club requires a Public resume.

Do not confuse with deactivating the account

Deactivate resume, in Settings > Close account, deactivates the entire account: the resume is removed from searches and you stop receiving job emails until you log in and activate again.
